If a product is found to be defective, the Seller will either replace the product or refund the purchase price. The Seller's liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement is limited to the purchase price paid by the Customer.

The Seller will process the Customer’s personal data in accordance with the applicable data protection laws. By placing an order, the Customer consents to the Seller’s use of their personal data for the purpose of fulfilling the order and providing after-sales services.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
