Delivery

For products that require lead time, the shipping delivery period is 16–30 business days as specified in the product details. Your painting will begin to be prepared after your order is placed; no stock is kept. You will be informed of any potential delays. Please verify your address information to ensure smooth delivery. Our workshop is located in Kocaeli province and products will be shipped from our center via YURTİÇİ Cargo. Orders are handed over to the cargo company within 18 business days at the latest after confirmation.

Payment and Delivery

On our website, you can benefit from one-time or installment payment options using your credit cards. For online payments, the amount will be charged to your card once your order is completed. In the event of possible order cancellations or stock issues, a refund to your credit card will be processed within 3 business days.

If you believe the product has been damaged, please have the cargo company draw up a report and do not accept the delivery; otherwise, the product will be considered successfully delivered. Once you complete these steps, we will begin working on your package and ensure redelivery as soon as possible.
