RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
1. Introduction
At Artluxx, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you may submit a return request in accordance with the return policy stated below. However, all paintings are produced exclusively for you based on the image, size, and frame you selected for your order; therefore, orders that have been taken into production after approval cannot be cancelled.
2. Return Conditions
At Artluxx, all paintings are produced exclusively for you based on the image, size, and frame you selected for your order. Since each order is taken into production specifically for that product upon your confirmation, we have no legal obligation for returns; however, in order to support our customers during this process, we offer the opportunity to submit a return request within 3 days of receiving the product. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.
For a return request to be considered valid, you must first contact our customer service via info@artluxx.com or by phone. We reserve the right to refuse returns of products sent to us without prior notification.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer; however, for defective or damaged products, shipping costs will be covered by us. Shipment tracking and proper packaging of the product are the customer's responsibility; returns will not be accepted for damage caused by insufficient packaging. No returns or exchanges will be made for products shipped a second time.

It is important to package the product carefully to protect against any damage that may occur during shipment. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer; however, for defective or damaged products, shipping costs will be covered by us.
4. Return Approval and Refund
Returned products are reviewed within 2 business days of arriving at our warehouse. Refunds are initiated for products that meet the return conditions. Your refund will be processed via the original payment method within a maximum of 3 business days.
