Please ensure that your address details are correct for the smooth delivery of products. Our Stock Center is located in Kocaeli, and products will be shipped from our center via YURTİÇİ cargo. After your orders are confirmed, they will be handed over to the shipping company within 14 business days at the latest.
Payment and Delivery

If you believe the product is damaged, please request the shipping company to prepare a report and refuse to accept the delivery; otherwise, the product will be considered successfully delivered. Once this process is completed, we will initiate the necessary steps to ensure the delivery is repeated as soon as possible.
