Return Policy

You may request a return within 3 days after the product has been delivered to you; any requests made after this period will not be accepted. The shipping cost for the return will be covered by you. However, in cases where the issue arises from our company or the shipping provider, the shipping cost will not be charged to you. It is your responsibility to securely package the product for return. If the product is not securely packaged and any damage such as breakage, crushing, or water damage occurs, only half of the product price will be refunded. Once the product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed into your account within 3 days at the latest.

Exchange Policy

If there is no problem caused by our company during the exchange process, the shipping costs for the exchange will be your responsibility, and you may exchange a product only once.

Your right to exchange is valid for 3 days after the product has been delivered to you. The buyer is responsible for the measurements of the chosen product. The shipping costs during the exchange process will be covered by the buyer.
